Pre-Listing Coordination

SETUP NEW LISTING FILE:

  • Create listing file in your preferred software.

  • Add client to your CRM database. 

  • Enter all data into listing documents and send to client along with any required disclosures for signatures (after your approval).

  • Order property file and CCRs (if applicable) through title.

  • Add listing information into the MLS (agent fills out listing comments / description) and save as incomplete for your review and approval.

  • Order sign up / lock box with courier and sign company of choice.

  • Add photos to MLS listing (agent fills out description).

  • Email your seller with a copy of the listing once approved and made live by agent.

  • Add required documents to the MLS listing such as property profile, CCRs, disclosures and inspections.

  • Add all listing documents, disclosures and any other required documents to brokers online compliance management software ensuring listing file is complete.

FEE SCHEDULE:

  • $150 due upon completion
